Refunds, Transfers/Deferrals, and Race Changes:
- Refunds and Transfers are not avaliable under any circumstances.- No Exceptions
- Deferral to next year's event (via the option above) through October 15. Otherwise, please consider your registration fee as a donation to the One Step Foundation. Deferrals are subject to an admin fee.
- Race distance changes are subject to an admin fee of $10 (plus the price difference, if any) through September 30 and an admin fee of $15 (plus the price difference, if any) for race distance changes from October 1 through November 7 (by 8:00 PM).
- Race changes only (NO REFUNDS/TRANSFERS/DEFERRALS) can also made be at Packet Pickup for a fee of $15 (plus the price difference, if any).
Packet Pickup:
You MUST pick up your packet before race day unless you are coming from out of town or registering on race day. YES, you can pick up for family & friends with a copy of their registration confirmation - at minimum, you need to know their bib number, name & age on race day. We have multiple locations throughout Tarrant County available for packet pickup. Note that parking passes are half off (only $5) when purchased at packet pickup.
